Pet Friendly

We are happy to accept 2 well behaved pets per property- however we do ask that you don't allow your pets in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Please pick up after your pet whilst out and about and never leave your pet alone in the property. (charges may apply).

A Little Bit About Us:welcome pack

My husband and I manage all aspects of running the properties ourselves from booking to cleaning so you can be reassured of high standards of service and attention to detail. On arrival you will find your holiday cottage warm, with beds made up, welcome pack laid out with a selection of fair trade Coffee & Tea, delicious biscuits, flowers on the table, locally made honey and a complimentary bottle of wine chilling in the fridge. We also aspire to run our properties in as environmentally friendly manner as we can from the use of eco friendly cleaning products & air drying our bedding, to low energy light bulbs and locally sorced or fair trade products for our welcome packs.

We now have three self catering properties:




The Greenhouse: (sleeps 8) Large Four Bedroom Victorian mid terrace village House situated in the centre of the historic coastal village of Bamburgh. It was built in 1893 as the village grocers store and faces the tree lined village grove. The Greenhouse also has the advantage of all four of the bedrooms being en-suite making it ideal for sharing with friends or large family groups.


Greenleaf: (sleeps 6) a spacious two bedroom wing attached to the rear of The Greenhouse enjoying the same central location within Bamburgh. This modern property is perfect for families with a large open plan sitting and dining room. Greenleaf has its own small walled garden with lawn and patio area which is beautifully sheltered making it a real suntrap. Greenleaf also has the advantage of a private parking space.

New for 2014 'Ireby': (Sleeps 4) a large two bedroom cottage on our farm in Tranwell on the outskirts of the Historic Market Town of Morpeth. Ireby has plenty of private parking and a large fenced lawned garden with patio area. Morpeth is a thriving Market town with lots of shops, tea rooms and restaurants providing an ideal base to explore the sites of Northumberland.
